Bob Greene
Executive Coach
Bob has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant, coach, facilitator, and trainer. He works with emerging and established professionals on leadership and career development, building real teams, supervision skills, addressing implicit bias, communication, and conflict resolution. He has worked with a wide range of small and large local and national clients, including in the nonprofit and public sectors.
A few of Bob’s clients have included: Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation; Office of Women’s Health (US Department of Health and Human Services); Federal, State and Tribal Programs Branch (US Environmental Protection Agency); Defense Logistics Agency, Philadelphia; and Ohio Soil and Water Conservation Districts. He created and conducted the biannual Emerging Leaders Academy, a multi-session program for early and mid-career professionals, sponsored by the Community Foundation for Metrowest in Massachusetts.
Bob served as a Learning Coach at Southern New Hampshire University where he assisted adult students and managed and mentored a team of coaches. Also, he was the Learning & Organization Development Manager at Lesley University, where he developed and facilitated workshops and discussions on mitigating implicit bias for hiring committees and supervisors. He is certified by the International Coach Federation; NTL Institute Diversity Leadership Certificate Program; and as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certified practitioner.
