Jerry honed his craft through many years of collaboration with companies such as Deloitte, Lockheed Martin, Glaxo SmithKline, and the Pennsylvania Hospital System. He has a strong track record of helping companies build the people-management capabilities needed to meet the challenges of an evolving workforce.

He graduated summa cum laude from La Salle University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and Villanova University with a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a minor in Organization Development.
