Operations Manager

Kathie Dorus has been an integral member of the NexaLearning’s team for more than 15 years. As director of operations, she helped grow NexaLearning into a premier corporate training and leadership development resource. Today, 96 percent of NexaLearning’s clients would recommend the programs to other managers and colleagues.

Kathie coordinates program logistics and acts as the point of contact for NexaLearning clients, while demonstrating unparalleled customer service. Her ability to represent the NexaLearning brand—from information stage to post-program follow-up—truly complements the learning process as an ongoing effort.

She is an active participant in the training and development community, a self-directed student of technology and online marketing, and a graduate of Harper College.
