Ken has over 25 years of experience as a skilled executive coach. He is certified in Lominger’s Leadership Architect® and has conducted 360° feedback using Bar-On EQ-i 2.0, Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), EchoSpan and other coaching assessments.

Ken has extensive experience creating learning and business strategies, providing targeted executive coaching using 360° assessments and individual development plans, designing succession plans, implementing Knowledge Transfer programs, developing on-boarding and mentoring programs, creating performance management systems, facilitating teambuilding, designing training curricula, designing the change management processes, and developing leadership competencies and development guides for organizations.

Ken has a master’s degree in counseling and is certified in Everything DiSC, has served as President of the Research Triangle Chapter of the Association for Talent Development in 2022. He also was a key architect in designing and rolling out the first ever Carolina Regional Conference in 2023.
